Jen Jinks is the Chief Program Officer at Polaris. In this capacity, she oversees programmatic efforts to disrupt and end human trafficking in North America. Prior to joining Polaris, Jen served as Chief Strategy Officer for the U.S. Soccer Foundation working to create a sustainable and impactful scaling pathway for the Foundation’s signature sports-based youth development programs.
Prior to joining the U.S. Soccer Foundation, Jen was the Senior Director for the No Kid Hungry campaign at Share Our Strength, working to end childhood hunger in the United States. In this role, she worked to create and build operational scale and deepen the No Kid Hungry campaign’s work in all 50 states. With 15 years of experience developing and leading winning campaigns, Jen also cultivated key political and legislative relationships to expand access to food programs for families and children at risk of hunger.
Before joining Share Our Strength in 2011, Jen devoted her career to directing and organizing advocacy efforts for numerous high-profile organizations and campaigns, including the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Service Employees International Union, Democratic Governors Association, and individual campaigns at all levels of government.
Jen holds a Master of Arts from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Illinois. She is an avid runner, baker and Green Bay Packers fan, and lives with her family in Washington, DC.
